1. Introduction

2. Scope of Service

This policy covers three categories: professional services, digital information products, and physical goods related to AI integration for business.

3. Professional Services

Our custom AI integration engagements require full payment in advance. You may reschedule service sessions by contacting us at contact form at least five business days prior to the scheduled start date. If you cancel between five and three business days before, you are eligible for a full reimbursement. Cancellations within three business days of the planned start are not eligible for reimbursement due to allocation of resources.

4. Digital Information Products

Digital guides, templates, and course materials are delivered electronically. Once access is granted or a download link has been used, these items are non-refundable. If you experience any technical issues accessing or using the materials, we will provide a replacement copy within seven days of your request via contact form.

5. Physical Goods

For physical products, you may inspect and ship items back to us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover shipping costs for items sent back in unused condition. You must notify us of any damaged or defective items within three days of delivery for eligibility. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a reimbursement to the original payment method within ten business days.

6. Reimbursement Policy

We process reimbursements as credits to the payment method used. If that method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made upon request. Services that have commenced are not eligible for reimbursement. Digital products are not eligible once access is granted, except for replacement of defective items as noted. Physical goods are eligible as described in section 5.

7. Changes to Terms

AIBrandCore reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at AIBrandCore.com. Continued use of our site after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
